City Calender from Denmark signs first regional master franchise for Germany
CITY CALENDAR, a franchise success story already in Northern Europe has found its first master franchisee for Germany with the help of Franchise Pool International.
The first German City Calendar master franchisee will start to operate this year in the Southwestern region of Germany. The pilot project is a Christmas calendar for the State of Saarland in Winter 2022. For 2023 the sale of subfranchises is planned after proving success with the pilot project.
FPI Denmark's Tom Skovbon, owner of FranchiseHUB, and FPI Germany's Rolf Kirst were involved in the successful transaction. Franchise attorney Marco Hero represented the German master franchisee in the negotiations of the master franchise agreement.
